what would you do on a blurry period when you're confused on just about everything, don't know where to go and too broke to 'spa' it all off?
me, i change my blog skin ^___^
so, this is what, the 9th or 10th skin i'm using... who keeps counts anyway.

kok jadi kearasa sempit ya? dulu padahal gue puas banget lari2an di lapangan ini...
most frequent lines: AAAAHHHH...., [insert name here] !!! (followed by cupika-cupiki, of course) lo jadi kurus/gendut banget !! (gladly i didn't receive any line resembling this ^^) lo di mana sekarang ? err, lo siapa ya ? (without shame or guilt whatsoever) kyaa... ada artis !!
a sinetron actor, self-proclaimed gaptek and had a crush on me back in white-red days: » lo di mana sekarang, fikom ? moi: » faSILkom, komputer the actor, bewildered: » nga-PAA-in ?? moi, shrugging: » suka..
moi: » gimana kehidupan rumah tangga? the only married girl attending, elementary school teacher as profession: » duh, siangnya mah ga enak banget.. listrik blum dibayar nih. gue ikutan ini kudu jual panci dulu! tapi malemnya, enak... (should've guessed that one ^^)
it was fun! some have changed drastically, some stay the same. thx to Ririn, our PR-gal for organizing this. hope we can do it again some other time.

it may be a good idea to compile a business plan for each of our futures, complete with cash flow prediction, depreciation calculation, partnership participation (should there be any), business model (i.e. what you do to make money) and all that jazz, but not now.. however, you're welcome to add up some other items of you own.

For the first time, i caught the lyrics from Stacie Orrico's Hesitation and i felt a jab in the gut. Funny how life finds a way to tease me.. Why do, you spend all your time Watching life pass you by, hanging on to your pride All that, you can anticipate Hoping all your mistakes will somehow fade away What are you to do with this? It's either hit or miss You know the answer now Come and give your heart away
Bridge: I know you hurt inside I know the reason why Don't wait a moment Come on and give your life away
Chorus: Why the hesitation God is ever waiting Gotta stop procrastinating Can you feel with me? Why the hesitation? You can pick your destination The risk is so worth taking Can you hear me?
Your heart will never be the same Giving up promises, letting go on easy ways When will, you ever realize Letting go all your lies, all the pain will subside What're you gonna do with this? It's either hit or miss You know your answer now Come on give your heart away
I know you hurt inside I know the reason why Don't wait a moment Come on and give your life away
Why the hesitation God is ever waiting Gotta stop procrastinating Can you feel with me? Why the hesitation? You can pick your destination The risk is so worth taking Can you hear me? x2
Would you It's so easy So why you say You're too busy You know you need Him Come on give your heart away Fly away Wasting time Hesitating You know you need Him Are you ready to be free?
Why the hesitation God is ever waiting Gotta stop procrastinating Can you feel with me? Why the hesitation? You can pick your destination The risk is so worth taking Can you hear me?
What you need, what you need What you want, what you want What you need, what you need What you want, what you want I'm just wondering
Why the hesitation God is ever waiting Gotta stop procrastinating Can you feel with me? Why the hesitation? You can pick your destination The risk is so worth taking Can you hear me? x3 hehehehe... ~still in denial..

there is a war going on. i, apparently, am a member of a community seemingly and outspokenly defending one side of the war. i have no problem with defending the rights of my brothers and sisters, but when in the group prayer the leader led us to wish the detruction of the opposite party of the war, i flinched.
whatever happens to giving the other cheek?
i have been taught to forgive. i have been told to put mercy, even to the enemy. for goodness sake, i have been told to pray for deliverance and forgiveness to the very people that torture me.
call me naive, but praying for the destruction of the whole lot of people who apparently belong to the community, even when they have nothing to do with the war whatsoever, just does not seem right. even more disheartening, the prayer was delivered in the most forgiving day of the year after a long speech on how a forgiving soul will go straight to heaven.
spare my limited knowledge, but putting a totally religous cause over this heavily political issue also does not seem right. i understand it is hard to give out love to the entity responsible of causing a lot of blood spilled. however, i do not think building blind hatred would solve anything.
therefore, instead of saying amen to the prayer of destruction, i silently prayed for protection to the people living in the battlefield, for sucessful peace diplomacy, for the bombing and fiery dispute to be over and i wish for those who have failed to see a peaceful day to be put in heaven.
amen.
